CALCALIST: Post-Crisis Recovery: Investors Return to Real Estate Market | April 2021
A survey of the residential real estate industry in the fourth quarter of 2020 published by the Ministry of Finance shows that after declines in the volume of transactions with the outbreak of the corona crisis, there was a 19% increase in apartment purchases in all regions of the country – to 32.4 thousand. Also: Foreigners abandoned Tel Aviv and bought apartments in Jerusalem.
